I just bought a hosting from you, I pay with alertpay

But the bill still appears unpaid

Please fix the problem


(Note: the security code doesn't work in the support ticket )

The billing issue has been resolved, and I received my account details , thank you


but I cannot login to my cpanel (password incorrect?)

My email is : fladinkalda@gmail.com
domain : clickersarmy.com (but I haven't changed the dns yet )

and is impossible to send a support ticket ( the routing (security ) code don't appear) :
