SEO & TYPO3, anyone suggestions?

Hi guys,

We are currently working to optimize our SEO for a few of our sites, all build on TYPO3 (CMS). It seems that to truly get the very best results we'll be needing to put a typo3 expert and a SEO expert next to eachother - now, surely these kind of services are offered here and there and I was hoping for you to give me some suggestions on such firms?
