I had a lot of technical issues since I was transferring a few existing sites but their customer support was awesome! Not much of a phone person so I did the chat support and worked out great, very friendly service. They provide great storage space and barely no downtime at all. They have managed my joomla and wordpress accounts and a few of my ecommerce accounts perfectly. Would definitely recommed to my friends.
